Day 1


Arrive Beijing (B))
Upon arrival in Beijing, China's capital, you will be greeted and escorted to the hotel.

Day 2


Beijing (B, L, SD)
Enjoy a full day tour of China’s fascinating capital begins with the Tiananmen Square and the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City, home of Chinese emperors for more than 500 years. Take a pedicab on a Hutong Tour through the ancient parts of the city and get acquainted with the local residents on a family visit followed by visiting a Tea House and enjoy a tea performance. This evening enjoy a fabulous welcome banquet featuring Peking duck at Qianmen 1416 Duck Restaurant.

Day 3


Beijing (B, L)
The highlight today is an excursion to the Great Wall at Badaling. Enjoy the dramatic vistas of the Great Wall as it descends and rises as far as the eye can see. En route, visit a Jade Carving Museum with gift shop. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven where the emperors came to pray for good harvest.

Day 4


Beijing » Hangzhou (B, L)
This morning, take high speed train to Hangzhou (approximate 5 hours). Upon arrival in Hangzhou, meet by local guide and be transferred to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing features the Qinghefang Pedestrian Street and famous Longjing Tea Plantation.

Day 5


Hangzhou » Shanghai (B, L)
Sightseeing today features the Lingying Temple and Feilai Peak, boating on the West Lake and you will also visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda. Take high speed train to Shanghai in the late afternoon. Upon arrival in Shanghai, meet by local guide then check into hotel.

Day 6


Shanghai (B, L)
Your sightseeing today features the shopping Street, Nanjing Road and the Bund, famous promenade along the Huangpu River. Pay a visit to the famous Shanghai Museum, China's most up-to-date museum showcasing the country's ancient glory. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Yu Garden, famous for its rock gardens, pavilions, halls and ponds, and Old Shanghai Bazaar, with shops filled with all manner of interesting curios. Continue your visit stopping in the Old Town and the modern Xintiandi. Check in to your hotel.

Day 7


Shanghai » Suzhou » Shanghai (B, L)
Take a scenic ride to Suzhou, a charming city of canals filled with gardens from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Many of which are UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites. Take a boat along the charming Grand Canal and visit Garden of the Humble Administrator. Return to Shanghai in the late afternoon.

Farewell to Shanghai. Transfer to the airport for your flight back to USA.
