Day 1 | Bangkok
Upon arrival in Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, you will be greeted and escorted to the hotel.

Day 2 | Bangkok (B, L, SD)
After breakfast, pay a visit to Wat Po, Bangkok’s oldest and largest temple which features the largest reclining Buddha and the Chedi of the kings. Then, visit the Royal Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha. This afternoon, experience a trip along the bustling Chao Phya River and the quiet canals in a long tail boat. A stop will be made at the Temple of Dawn. This evening, you will enjoy Thai dinner with cultural performance at Silom Village.
Important: Please note that for visiting the Grand Palace, you will be required to wear proper attire (no bare shoulder, bare knees or strapless-heel shoes). Shoes must be removed before entering all temple buildings as a matter of respect.

Day 3 | Bangkok (B, L)
This morning travel 100 km. outside of Bangkok to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Start with a scenic ride on a narrow longtail-speedboat, passing riverside villages and fruit plantations, before entering the market. Afterwards drive to Kanchanaburi Province, visit the war cemetery, war museum and the notorious Bridge on the River Kwai. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant. Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon.

Day 4 | Bangkok Chiang Rai (B)
Free till transfer to airport for your flight to Chiang Rai. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and escorted to your hotel.

Day 5 | Chiang Rai Chiang Mai (B, L)
Today’s excursion is to Akha and Yao tribes villages. Akha, who originated from Tibet and are among the poorest of Thailand’s ethnic minorities. The Yao are from China. Head to Chiang Saen, a small crossroads town on the bank of Mae Khong River and witness the panoramic view of the Golden Triangle. Finally you will arrive at Mae Sai, the northernmost town of Thailand and Myanmar. After lunch, continue drive to Chiang Mai. En route, visit the Hot Spring at Wiang Pa Pao. Check in to your hotel.

Day 6 | Chiang Mai (B)
This full day of fun and excitement begins at the Chiang Dao elephant training camp, located 56kms from Chiang Mai. Observe the elephants taking their morning bath in a stream before commencing their daily work routines such as pulling and pilling logs. Then ride an elephant into the jungle for one hour before enjoying a delicious local lunch. Then take a bamboo river rafting trip down a stretch of the Ping River. The last stop is a visit to the Lisu Village.
Tonight enjoy delicious Khan Toke Food, the symbol of Northern Thai cuisine and enjoy graceful Chiang Mai traditional dancers and also hill tribe dancers performing their colorful traditional dances while being seated on traditional floor mats with comfortable cushions, Lanna Thai style.
Duration: 19.00 – 22.00 hrs

Day 7 | Chiang Mai (B, L)
This morning, attend a join in cooking class and enjoy learning how to cook Thai Food. This afternoon, drive through different parts of the city. Then drive up to Doi Suthep to visit Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep. It is 3,500 feet above sea-level and the most sacred temple in Northern Thailand. Then visit the picturesque Meo Hill Tribe Village in Doi Pui to experience their lifestyles and see their colorful traditional costumes. You will also visit Sankampaeng District.

Day 8 | Chiang Mai Bangkok (B)
Transfer to airport for your flight back to Bangkok. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and escorted to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 9 | Depart Bangkok (B)
Farewell to Bangkok. Transfer to airport for your flight back home.
